TUM Diversity Day 2026 brings together speakers from academia, business, media, and the public sector for a full-day programme addressing authentic leadership, digital violence, structural barriers, and sustainable ways of integrating the different dimensions of life. The event is open to the entire TUM community and all interested participants; advance registration is required.

The programme includes a keynote lecture, a panel discussion, a dual talk on digital violence, award ceremonies, and an impulse talk with Q&A. The event is held in English. Childcare services are available upon request by May 22, 2026, at familienservice@tum.de. As part of TUM Diversity Day, 25 free tickets to herCAREER (October 22–23, 2026) are available on a first-come, first-served basis (one ticket per person).
