My research focuses on galaxy formation theory and its interface with cosmology. I have been studying cosmological structure formation, the build-up of massive elliptical galaxies, galaxy & halo merger rates and time scales, dynamics of supermassive black holes in galactic centers, and other topics using a combination of numerical simulations and analytic models.
