A pre-conference reception will be held on Sunday the 21st of August in the Bürgerhaus in Garching, starting at 18.00. There will be an opportunity to register, and to enjoy a light buffet and refreshments.
The Bürgerhaus is easy to get to by foot from all the hotels in Garching. Here is map you might find useful.

The conference dinner is partially covered by the registration fee and will take place at 20.00 on Wednesday 24th August at Weisses Braeuhaus, Tal n. 7.
