The registration fee is 175 EURO when paid before July 15th, 2005 and 200 EURO if paid later. Deferred payment is only possible under exceptional circumstances and on arrangement. It is very important that we receive payment ASAP before the meeting. Please note that you should inform the responsible person in your administration or bank that you are responsible for paying any transfer fees. We cannot cover these, and will have to recover any costs incurred from those participants concerned. This fee will cover the costs of bus transport from your hotel to the conference, the opening reception and most of the social event (see that page for details).
