If you wish to make any changes now, please contact the hotel yourself directly. Note that a cancellation may now result in a penalty charge.

All of the hotels are situated at least 20 minutes walk away from the meeting, but dedicated bus transport to and from the meeting will be provided. There are also several regular bus services between Garching and the conference venue.
