The registration fee includes:
Admission to all lectures from Monday-Saturday, welcome reception on Sunday evening, coffee breaks, abstract booklet and transportation to the general excursion to lake Starnberg (20,00 DM for food & beverage has to be paid extra).

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made in writing to the Conference Secretariat CSM. For cancellations received before 17 August 2001 a refund of 80% will be granted. The hotel deposit will be refunded minus a handling fee of DEM 40,00 DM. No refunds can be made for cancellations after that date.



Hotel Reservation

The Conference Office CSM has reserved a large number of hotel rooms in different categories. The reservation service is free of charge. CSM only acts as an agent, so the contract is effected directly between the guest and the hotel. Hotel reservations require a deposit of DM 250,00 per room. Please note, that bookings are only effective with pre-payment of the deposit. Upon payment CSM issues a hotel voucher and sends it along with all necessary hotel information.

Prices are quoted per room per night incl. breakfast and VAT. All hotels are within walking distance or no more than 20 minutes by public transportation. Please, book your hotel room at the Conference Office CSM. Should you have any questions concerning the hotel reservation please contact CSM. CSM will try to find rooms for each participant in the category she/he wishes.
